Erik Scholz
Chairman
Erik is a highly experienced business leader and chairman. Erik was CEO of Gerard Industries-Clipsal which was acquired by Schneider Electric Group. He went on to become the CEO of Clipsal and a member of Schneider's Asia Pacific Executive Committee.
In 2010 Erik created a group of companies through acquisitions and organic development in the electrical and energy sector. He is currently a director of numerous companies engaged in energy, horticulture, consumer goods and capital investments. Erik is also the Executive Chairman of BE Power, which is a key shareholder in Ascert Group along with a number of large energy renewable infrastructure projects around Australia.
Stephen McIntyre
Managing Director
Stephen is a proven leader in FM, PPP and infrastructure project management. With outstanding experience in a range of organisations and sectors, Stephen has built his career working with multinational companies in leadership roles. His experience encompasses financial, facilities and property services with significant expertise in operational and commercial leadership of major multibillion dollar portfolios. He brings strategic foresight and unyielding focus on execution and relationship management to assignments and currently holds two board roles in the health and infrastructure sectors as well as operational and leadership roles on several major contracts.
Paul Schlaphoff
Director
With extensive governance, operations and financial expertise, Paul has held a number of executive director and CEO roles over his 25 years in the construction, engineering, energy and project management segments. With first hand experience as a quantity surveyor, Paul's roles have involved commercial leadership, c-suite and operational/business improvement and development of strategic plans and objectives for large organisations and contractors. Paul's specialities include commercial strategy and implementation, business and contract-wide risk management, leadership of senior management teams, and strategic account and relationship management on major contracts and projects.
